THE EXPERIENCE
The hunt is just the start.
Each destination writes its own story — from red stags in the forest to quail in the open plains. Each Southland experience is unique in its landscape, its rhythm, and the type of game it offers — but they all share the same core values: wild places, ethical hunting, and personal attention.
Explore our current destination below. More are in the making.

Where the Wild Still Whispers
In the deep heart of Patagonia, where the wind carves stories into ancient lenga trees and rivers still run clear from the glaciers, there’s a valley called Foyel — a hidden kingdom of wild beauty. Our family has lived here for generations. We’ve seen the seasons turn, the snow fall heavy on the mountains, and the meadows bloom gold in summer. And through it all, we’ve shared this land with one of Patagonia’s most majestic creatures — the red deer.
Here, the stags don’t grow old in captivity. They live free — roaming the forests, climbing the ridges, disappearing into the mist. Some grow so wise, so grand, that they die of age, not of a hunter’s bullet. Their antlers tell stories — of battles fought in foggy dawns, of winters survived, of genes passed down through time. We never rushed to breed giants. We simply gave nature time. Over decades, through patience and respect, the genetics here became something rare —
stags with wide crowns and heavy beams, strong as the land itself. Ask anyone who’s walked these hills — the Foyel line carries some of the finest blood in all Patagonia. When the first light hits the valley, you’ll hear them — the echo of their roar rolling through the trees, a sound as old as the Andes. It’s a place where you don’t just come to hunt — you come to understand what wild really means.
In Foyel, we don’t measure trophies in inches. We measure them in stories — in the mornings you’ll never forget, in the stillness before a roar, in the nowledge that you walked among legends. Welcome to our land.
Welcome to Foyel —
where time moves slow, and wild hearts grow old.
